I’d been paying gym memberships for years and going along but not really having a plan or achieving anything. Once I hit 40, I started getting a few more aches and noticing that I would put weight on more easily and I wanted a change. I needed something that fitted with my limited free time and where I could just turn up to train and not have to think or wait around for equipment to be free. I joined NoExcuses. I’ve been a member 12 months and feel stronger, leaner, fitter. The workouts are short, effective and deliver results. There is no waiting around so I’m in and out quicker meaning it doesn’t feel such a time commitment.
The classes are small groups and there is a real focus from coach Vlad and the instructors on form and improving mobility. The age range is wide 20’s to 70’s but workouts are tailored to the individual. It’s got a family feel and I 100% recommend someone gives this a go.

I I absolutely love NoExcuses. Both Vlad and Julia are fantastic and highly experienced instructors. The way they explain things is brilliant for beginners like myself with no gym experience. They are great at preventing injuries and tailor the classes for each person attending. It's like experiencing 1:1 sessions but with others in the group to motivate you. Having experienced instructors makes a huge difference because they correct your posture. I also love the app which makes it easy to book sessions that suit you with plenty of choice and also to track your eating and create meal plans. The ability to track your progress and see the changes using the scale is brilliant.
